Shipping and packing handled by Amazon were excellent! However the popcorn maker sold by Prestige worked terribly! Popcorn blew out all over the place and made a mess each time we tried to use it. It is a very nice looking machine...But if it would only work as good as it looks! Amazon resolved the problem immediately and we continue to shop here with confidence as always! This is the first incedent in all of the years we have been doing business with them that we got a product that we were unhappy with.Thanks Amazon.com
