(More customer reviews)Product was nicely packaged. Simple to put together. Instructions for use were simple. I put the oil into the pot as instructed and it never got hot enough to pop the popcorn. It got warm but not hot. Followed instructions to a T: proper extention cord, electrical outlet. I am very disappointed. I am going to attempt to exchange for another one of the same and will re-evaluate my feedback then. But at this time I have a popcorn machine that does not work and I can not use-and this was my first time using it RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! Not happy...
