We had a small glitch with the popper part of the machine when it first arrived but the company was absolutely wonderful when we called and they replaced the whole thing - no questions asked. This popper makes real, honest to gosh movie popcorn. We use coconut oil, white popcorn kernels and a little flavorcal. Best purchase we've made from amazon yet.
